Vinipuch — refund policy

Basic principle

A top-up through the connected payment provider is credited to the RUB balance after the provider confirms payment. Buying a plan debits the balance and activates or extends access for the selected plan — manually, or once when the User has turned on auto-renewal from the balance (see Terms of Service, clause 2.4).

All payments and balance debits are final. Vinipuch does not return money to a card, account, crypto wallet or otherwise — not for a balance top-up, not for buying a plan (including a debit on auto-renewal), not for unused balance, and not for unused access time.

What is not a cash refund

• If the payment intermediary itself reversed a top-up already credited, the Service ledger records a separate compensating entry. That is not a cash refund at the User’s request.
• An administrator cancelling an unused top-up through the payment intermediary is an internal accounting operation. It does not give the User a right to demand a cash refund.
• Restoring access, correcting the internal balance or in-Service compensation when a technical error is confirmed — without a cash payout.
• Referral and promo bonuses are credited and debited under their own rules and do not give a right to withdraw or refund money.

Chargebacks and abuse

Opening a chargeback/dispute with the payment intermediary without grounds, as well as fraud or a breach of the acceptable use policy, may lead to restriction or termination of access and other measures under the abuse response policy.

Support may help technically with access; cash refunds are not available.
