Vinipuch — acceptable use policy

Permitted use

The Service is intended for personal protected internet access and ordinary user traffic within applicable law.

Prohibited use

It is forbidden to use Vinipuch for:

• spam, phishing, fraud, credential stuffing, brute force, DDoS and scanning others’ systems without permission;
• distributing malware, running botnets or other malicious infrastructure;
• infringing copyright, third-party rights or applicable law;
• violating the Service’s technical limits, reselling access or mass-granting access to third parties without the owner’s written consent;
• acts that create elevated risk of complaints, sanctions or operational harm to Vinipuch.

Response to a breach

If a breach is suspected, Vinipuch may temporarily restrict access, revoke connection data, ask the User for an explanation or terminate service. The final response procedure is in the abuse response policy.
