Vinipuch — abuse response policy
Revision and effective date: 17 July 2026.
How to report a violation
Complaints go to support through the published contact channel. A report should include:
- date and time of the event with time zone;
- a description of the violation;
- technical data that can be disclosed without secrets or third-party personal data;
- a contact for a reply, if applicable.
Review
Vinipuch reviews the complaint against available operational data: account state, ledger/payment references, provisioning state, admin audit and operational logs. Vinipuch does not publish secrets, raw tokens, private endpoints, customer data or information that could harm other users.
Possible measures
- temporary access restriction while the review runs;
- revocation of connection data;
- termination of service if a violation is confirmed;
- account suspension for chargeback abuse, fraud or a breach of the acceptable use policy (cash refunds are not available under the Service policy — see the refund policy);
- retention of the minimum operational information needed for the review and to protect the Service.
